Built in Art Nouveau style in 1906 based on plans by Munich resident Eugen Drollinger.
The Villa Schwan was built in 1906 in the middle of the park in the royal Staatsbad as a guest house according to plans by the Munich court building officer Eugen Drollinger. The villa building was completely renovated in 1989.
The Art Nouveau villa is leased.
