Information on your medicinal springs card
With your own personalized medicinal springs card (with photo), you can fill your own containers daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the outdoor medicinal water tap in the castle park. The maximum daily water withdrawal per card is 12 liters.
The annual quota is 2.160 liters for residents of the Altlandkreis Bad Brückenau and 1.200 liters for all other medicinal water lovers.
The medicinal springs card costs € 40,00 in the first year and € 29,00 from the second year onwards.
The Sinnberg Spring – Applications: draining urinary tracts and kidney dysfunction, also a positive effect on the oral and bronchial mucosa.
The King Ludwig I Spring – Applications: anaemia, cardiovascular diseases, circulatory disorders, vegetative dysfunctions. In baths it develops a mechanical, thermal and chemical effect.
The Wernarz Spring – Applications: high blood pressure, arterial circulatory disorders, circulatory disorders of the skin, diseases of the leg veins, irregular
regulation of the circulation/cardiovascular disorders, supportive treatment of inflammatory and non-inflammatory rheumatic diseases in moderately rapid occurrence and at the chronic stage. In baths it develops a mechanical, thermal and chemical effect. In addition, diseases of the urinary tract, urological (urine-forming and urinary organs) stindiathesis, functional gastrointestinal disorders and metabolic diseases (diabetes mellitus, gout).
